Refund policy

 

Tipsy Tulip does not currently offer any returns or exchanges for online shipping orders. 

 

Tipsy Tulip does accept returns through local pickup and pop up shops. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags within 15 days of purchase for store credit in the form of a Tipsy Tulip gift card only. We do not issue refunds, exchanges or cancel orders. 


Final Sale items are not eligible for return of any kind. Final Sale items include the following: 

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Bodysuits
  • Hats
  • Hair Accessories
  • Jewelry 
  • Items marked down by 25% or more 
  • Gift Cards

Shoes MUST be returned in their original shoebox plus an additional box to protect the shoebox packaging. 


DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us by email at shoptipsytulip@gmail.com within three (3) days of arrival of the item(s), and you must include photos of the damaged or defective items. Our top priority is happy customers. We will proceed with rectifying this situation, if it arises, as we see fit, on a case-by-case basis. Tipsy Tulip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows us that the package has been delivered. Please contact your local UPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.


REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

Refused or undeliverable items are subject to return shipping costs and vary by carrier. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping costs and shipping costs associated with redelivery of the items. At this time we do not offer order cancellations.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

Tipsy Tulip reserves the right to refuse returns if you fail to meet the requirements of this Return Policy. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
