Shipping policy
UPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, UPS is often delaying packages in transit and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer standard UPS shipping to the United States.
We do offer free shipping on orders that are over $100 within the United States.
Currently, Tipsy Tulip does not ship internationally.
Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are ship.
Tipsy Tulip is NOT responsible for the following:
- Delays with UPS. We will not cover or refund any additional shipping charges from UPS if failed to meet their guarantee shipping times.
- Products are lost or damaged in the mail. UPS will be responsible once we ship the package. Once the package is marked delivered by UPS, you will need to contact whichever carrier was responsible for your package to obtain information. Once the package has left our office we are no longer held responsible.
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure all information is correct before submitting your order.
- We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to the incorrect or undeliverable address.
